The Planting Positivity can be a 6 week course – once a week for 6 weeks, or a two day or one day course and there is also a brief outline in a 90 minute lecture.

there are 7 steps.

Planting Positivity, Watering Positivity, Growing Positivity, Sustaining Positivity,Weeding Positivity, Pruning Positivity and finally Blooming Positivity.

    I am now living my dream life because after searching for happiness, I have learned how to engineer it myself and not wait for someone or something else to deliver it to me and I have discovered we all have the ability and power within us to do this. When we do we are energized, vibrant, positive and purposeful.

    I now realise my sole purpose is to help as many as I can to discover their passion and make it their profession and to encourage many to see that all they need to succeed is already inside of them. I am here to remind folks and to help them prize it open

    There are seven workshops. One each week and home based tasks to take you through each week. However, these are usually fun to do! In addition, if you do not do them it just slows down any progress but helps you to identify any resistances, so all valid
